If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Product and packaging must not be open or damaged.
• The product must be returned with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging.
• We would like to receive a reason for return when registering the product to be returned, but is not mandatory.
• Shipping costs for returning the products must be paid by yourself. If the shipment is insufficiently franked, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be paid. The original delivery costs are not credited.
• For returning, you confirm that the packaging is undamaged or unopened and that you pay for the return costs yourself, or that you return the item yourself to our address.
• The return shipping charges are paid by customer.

• The products are shipped as soon as possible after we have received your payment. Usually this means within 1 to 2 business days once an order is placed and paid.
• Delivery fees (including 21% vat)
  • We ship orders over €75 for free.
  • Orders below  €75 will have delivery fee of €4,50 for NL and BE.
  • Shipping outside NL and BE is not enabled online at the moment. Please get in touch with us if you are interested.
