Professional concentrated gel  from Fractal Colors

These gel colours are highly concentrated  and can be used to colour marzipan, fondant, pastes, royal icing, creams or pastries.

Simply squeeze a little into your paste and stir it or knead it in. We would recommend using a little at a time to build up to the colour / shade you would like.

Ingredients: glycerine, colours (E153).
